Function:
1. L-Citrulline DL-Malate is a compound consisting of Citrulline, a nonessential amino acid that is primarily found in melons, and malate, an apple derivative. Of course to get enough Citrulline and Malate to realize its performance enhancing benefits you would have to eat so many watermelons and apples you would probably get sick, but you see my point.
2. Citrulline Malate has been used with great success by European clinicians who have reported results of increased energy and overall feelings of well-being.
3. L-Citrulline/Citrulline is an amino acid that supports the body in optimizing blood flow through its conversion to L-arginine and then nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is involved in vasodilatation, and low levels are associated with mental and physical fatigue and sexual dysfunction.
4. Citrulline, which is considered a non-essential amino acid synthesized in the intestinal tract from Glutamine, converts to Arginine in the endothelial cells.
